APN Settings To Use

• APN Name: NAIJAGIST91
• APN Type: Tick Default & Supl
• Proxy: leave it blank
• Port: leave it blank
• Username and Password: blank
• Access Point Name: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

Or any default MTN settings of your device.

Ensure also that you have a zero balance on your line, if not your credit would be removed instead, as the mtn datareset stuff works with zero balance on your phone.  

Download the Psiphon Pro Lite Handler App Here (For those who do not have the app installed on their phone).

Open the app and configure stated below:

• Tick Remove port
• Proxy type: Dual Real host
• Proxy server: datareset.mtnonline.com/#Xstring
• Real proxy type: Default
• Real proxy server: leave it blank
• Real proxy port: 80
• Finally click on SAVE

Now To Other Options:

• Navigate to Options and select USA as your country region. 
• Then go to MORE OPTIONS, 
• Tick connect through an HTTP
• Also tick use the following settings
• Host address: 10.199.212.2
• Port: 8080
• Finally, Go back and Connect.

Save and and now you can open any website, it should connect.
